Pricing policy
Free banking
All members can take advantage of MoBank’s free banking services Balance lookup and mini statement when they join and register a debit or credit card. These services allow you to check the balance and transactional history of your registered account and any other multiple linked accounts you hold with that bank and could usually access via one Internet login. These services are valid for most high street banks.
If you are an iPhone or iPod touch user you can also make quick click purchases from a selection of high street retailers (see Where can I shop?) for only 50p per transaction*. For members' convenience, a £2.50 charge will be applied every fifth transaction rather than every time. If a member has made between 1 and 5 transactions in a three-month period the charge for those transactions will be applied at the end of the third month. For example, if you were to make 3 purchases in that period, you would be charge £1.50 at the end of the third month.

Termination and Transfer of Services
Any member that has registered for the balance look up service and does not sign in to the service over a three month period will have their online banking details removed from MoBank’s system. If members wish to use the balance look up service at a future date no additional charges will apply.
Any member wishing to switch their service onto a new iPhone will need to give us a call to have the licence transferred to the new handset, but there will be no additional charges.
